Helios Properties has developed this website to serve the largest possible audience by addressing the needs of people and systems with differing abilities. We have taken into account the elements outlined within the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0, and in addition to conforming to these guidelines we have created a text only version of the website.

All efforts have been made to provide quick access to site navigation and content.

All text should be resizable using your browser's text resize option or by using the text resize function within the “Options” menu. The site has been tested to ensure that it is accessible in a wide range of browsers.
