Founded in 1996, with backing from a major Saudi Arabian investment group, Helios Properties plc is a specialist property development company working throughout the UK and wider continental Europe.

The Company is based in London, with offices in Manchester and European offices in Vienna (CEE HQ), Bucharest and Athens.

The Helios executive team are highly experienced people from many professional backgrounds including finance, construction, surveying, planning and design, creating a truly rounded approach to our business and providing real value to our clients.

The Company values longstanding relationships with leading banks, financial institutions, private and public bodies, with the business built on a reputation for straight dealing and professionalism.

The Company works in most sectors of the market, with an industry regarded expertise in logistics and industrial development. Our joint venture with Segro (HelioSlough) has established the Company as a major force in the UK with a development pipeline of over 10 million sqft (1 million sqm).

In Europe Helios has advanced a €1 billion logistics development programme, focused on Central and Eastern Europe, with partnerships forged with major investors including CalEast and CBRE Investors. This programme includes 3 million (300,000sqm) developments in Eastern Germany and over 3 million sqft (300,000sqm) in Romania. Helios has also recently acquired the €120 million Zagreb Business Park in Croatia and has recently secured a string of deals in Poland, Slovakia, Russia and Greece.

Our growing mixed use development programme includes the huge Wynyard Park project in the UK (900 acres of mixed use activity) with our UK residential, retail, leisure and industrial schemes promoted under the HeliosCity banner. We expect this activity to grow both in the UK and in our target markets in Central and Eastern Europe.
